Dear Sir,
In the present day, the problem of terrorism becomes the worldwide threat. Due to the emerging conflict around the world, the terrorism can be expected elsewhere and becomes the big public health issue. The Disaster Preparedness Advisory Council has just declared for the requirement of “medical countermeasures” toward terrorism. [1] However, it should be noted that the terrorism can also be seen anywhere and the hospital might be the site that becomes the focus of the terrorist. The most recent situation is the terrorism occurring at a district hospital in Southern part of Thailand (see http://pamelageller.com/2016/03/jihadis-launch-mulitple-attacks-across-thailand-on-islamic-anniversary.html/). How to set the safety and defense guideline for the hospital in the very high-risk area is the big issue for our medical society.
