Dear Sir,

The recent report on noninfectious complications in HIV disease is very interesting. [1] Ramana and Rao discussed on some noninfectious problems focusing on metabolic disorders. Indeed, a metabolic disorder is common in HIV-infected patients. The increasing problem can be observed, which is on the same trend as that observed in the general population. However, the noninfectious complication in HIV disease is not totally on metabolic problem. There are other problems such as malignancy and accident. Some malignancy is considered as important opportunistic malignancy seen in HIV-infected patients. The good examples are lymphoma and sarcoma. [2] Focusing on accident, due to the deterioration of health and loss of strength, HIV-infected patients can easily get accident.
